Pastor Manuel was saved at Tehillah church, there his life was transformed as he committed to 4 years in Tehillah's Training Center. Manuel was called to continue the work of the Lord in the Phillipines, in 2015. Where he and his wife are the Pastors of Tehillah Church in the Philippines.
